We do not have any discounts currently, our prices on the website include taxes.

What payment methods does ZAIA accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard debit and credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

While we don't currently accept Cash on Delivery as a payment method, we are happy to receive you in our Dubai Showroom for Cash payments.

What currencies do you accept?

Payments are processed in AED, but we display approximate conversion for certain currencies. Local currencies are for display purposes only and are calculated based on exchange rates that are updated daily.

Will I be charged VAT tax on my purchase?

All ZAIA Jewellery prices include tax charges. Sales tax is included in your order based on the applicable country sales tax laws.


How do I know if my order was completed successfully?

Once the checkout process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order with the order number and tracking information.

If the transaction is not approved, you will be informed via email and will not be charged for your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the purchase. The equivalent amount will be refunded to you as a credit valid for 1 year.

You may also return the jewellery within 15 days of your delivery for items that are unworn and in pristine condition.

Can I exchange what I ordered?

Yes, we offer exchanges in accordance with our Conditions of Sales.

The jewellery can be exchanged once and within 15 days of the delivery. The items must be unworn and in pristine condition.

We do not offer exchanges on ZAIA LAB, engraved and custom pieces.

What is the return period?

Our return policy is within 15 days of the delivery. The items must be unworn and in pristine condition.

Please note that we do not offer returns on ZAIA LAB, engraved and custom pieces.

All returned jewellery must pass a mandatory Quality Control examination, and you will be notified of the examination results. It may take up to 4 weeks before the refund is credited back to your original payment method.

Will I be charged for a return/exchange?

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges for our clients based in the UAE.

How can I return an item?

Step 1 –  Email us with your order number and the details of the jewellery you would like to return.

Step 2 – Our ZAIA Experts team will review your request and send you an approval email. If there is any valid reason why we are unable to take your return we will let you know.

Step 3 –  If the return is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines on how to securely send us your jewellery back to us.

Step 4 - Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned jewellery.

Once inspected, you will then receive another email once the refund is processed.

A refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 4 weeks to be reflected in your statement/account.

Should the return be rejected, our ZAIA Experts team will contact you.

Will my purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

All ZAIA purchases arrive in our signature ZAIA Box. At the checkout process you will have the option of writing a message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package, enclosed in a white envelope.

If you choose not to write a gift message, one blank card per recipient will be included in your order.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

We offer next day delivery for all orders ordered by 15:00. Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be placed on the first day following the date the order was
Orders placed after 15:00PM (UAE Time) on Saturday will be processed on Monday and delivered the next working day.


Our goal is to get your ZAIA Jewellery to you as quickly as possible.

Can I track my online order?

A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped. You will receive multiple email acknowledgements if your order results in more than one shipment.

How much is shipping?

ZAIA offers free shipping in the UAE.

Customs and Import charges

Customs and import duties and taxes may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

We unfortunately can't tell you what these charges would be as custom policies differ from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
