Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

All requests for returns must be initiated within 15 days from the receipt of your order by emailing us on info.zaiajewellery@gmail.com

 

Each order is carefully checked and packed before shipping.  To qualify for a return, the jewellery must meet the following conditions:

 

• Jewellery for exchange must be in the original purchasing conditions and display no evidence of usage
• Jewellery can be exchanged only once within the 15 day time period from the original date of its receipt
• Jewellery cannot be exchanged in case of:
• VAT refund, exemption or export of the product
• Tailor made, engraved or personalized products
• Exchange of jewellery is permitted only upon sending the original ZAIA purchase invoice or a proof of purchase
• Before accepting any return, ZAIA reserves the right to verify the genuity and integrity of the product, the terification and valuation of exchange or refund might take up to 4 weeks
• Refunds will only be given to the original payer, with the same method or payment, however any cash refund is excluded
• Any charges incurred by ZAIA in the transaction including, credit card charges, will be deductible in the approved refund cases 

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

 

All products come along 5 years warranty. If you receive a defective or damaged product you can claim full refund for what you've paid for it accordance with the return policy (see above).

 

If within five years of your purchase you experience issues such as jewellery components falling off or jewellery breaking, you can can send back the products back to us and we will issue a refund for it or return it back to you after fixing it at our cost. The cost of sending back the product to us shall be borne by you.

 

Please note that quality defects or damages caused by rough use, friction, exposure to chemicals (such as soaps, perfumes, sanitisers, lotions etc), excessive heat or water will not be covered by warranty. Basic wearing off caused by regular use of jewellery will not also be covered by warranty. Whether a defect is excluded from the warranty under this paragraph will be solely determined by us.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified. However, you can always return the order within 15 days to claim refund against your order.
